If you’re on Windows, they’re stored somewhere like C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[SOME RANDOM PROFILE STRING]\gm_scripts (you might need to change your Windows Explorer settings to show hidden files in order to find that directory). If you’re using Mac OS X they’re in ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/[SOME RANDOM PROFILE STRING]/gm_scripts Try moving all the *.user.js files to a safe place, then restarting Firefox. You can reinstall your scripts by just dragging them one-by-one onto a Firefox window.$
